The regularly scheduled post about MSI has been interrupted by this Severe Weather Alert!
So, today, the end of the first week of January we had… fog. And thunderstorms. And hail. And tornaodes.
Thankfully no one died because of the twisters, but there was some property damage — 6-8 homes, plus other assorted damage.
But still — it was 70 F today. In January. Last week, we were shivering as we lit the tree on fire. Last week, I had to bundle up and cover my face at the Packers game so I could stay warm.
Today, we had rain and 70 F, causing things to get very soggy and muddy. [Edit: Actually, it didn't hit 70 F, but it got to 65 F south of here. I was just going based on what I had heard on the radio.]
And by the weekend, it’ll be in the mid 20s for a high. Strange weather, indeed.
I took this picture after the last big storm blew through. I tried taking some pictures later as the sky got unnaturally dark, but none of them turned out. I really need to learn how to use the advanced features of my camera, but I’m happy with how this one turned out.
