005 - Liking the Saber A Little Too Much

This is me in my standard pose with Sara. She’s in her Mara Jade costume with the 501st Legion at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, IL.

This is the last weekend for the Star Wars “Where Science Meets Imagination” exhibit there, so they wanted a large contingent of costumers from the 501st and the Rebel Legion — but that got whittled down to 20 people signed up each day because of reasons I don’t want to get into. I was going to go in my armor, but thanks to my twisted ankle, I decided to just go and be costume support and take pictures.

I’ll possibly write more about the exhibit tomorrow; right now, I feel a cold coming on, and since I’ve been awake since 5:50am, I need to get some sleep.
