Nettwerk is the Canadian label that BNL distributes music through. And I’ve had some problems with them during the past month:

1. If you pre-ordered the new “Barenaked Ladies Are Me” album through them (which I did), you got a bonus live concert CD. The pre-order was to arrive on or before September 12, which was the release date. I ended up getting mine on September 16.
2. If you pre-ordered the CD, you were to get an E-mail allowing you to purchase a T-shirt for the upcoming “Ships and Dip” cruise with BNL. I never got the E-mail.
3. A second album, “Barenaked Ladies Are Men” will be released next year, but for a limited time, a double album of both BLAM and BLAMen was available on Nettwerk’s order site. I ordered two. I got the package today. Only one copy was inside.

Sigh.
